Dinner my first night in #Dublin at #CharlotteQuay - local #burrata with roasted beets and perfectly seared #IrishSalmon in a leek confit veloute and roasted #potatoes. Absolutely perfect, and just across the #GrandCanalDublin from my hotel #AnantaraTheMarker.
