A lot of Westerners don't get - because they haven't experienced it within living memory - that if fascism wins once the difficulty dial of overthrowing it will be cranked up to Ironmode

Your discussion about ironmode is great because when you forsaked metagaming, it made you more invested in those 'good' choices as well. And maybe its changed since I did my playthrough- But I found honor mode pretty manageable by just going Barb, Fighter, Paladin, Cleric w/ little issues.

Yeah, you are gonna get the ironmode x-com players interested, but most players are gonna reload saves. Feels like a missed opportunity to lean into the fall of the republic as the Jedi become more prevalent on the battlefield.

Am I looking forward to trying to beat 2 bandits for 50eth time not at all. Will I ever replay the whole journey-no thank you to go through all that again, no. So why not support Save at will and those that do not want to use it because they like ironmode or to experience one pass through they can,
