Attending the WALP workshop on #ALDep & #ALEtch- very interesting & cozy event, my talk on #ALDconformality soon. warwick.ac.uk/fac/sci/chem...

Student approached to thank for the #JAP2005 #TMAwater review, which has helped him into ALD field. This happens occasionally & always makes my day!

Today, Google made my day. I wanted to find back link to my #JAP2005 review doi.org/10.1063/1.19.... I did — and much more.

Screen shots of what I see the AI write of me today, to cherish this moment in time (which, of course, considering the status of to world has nothing to cherish…)

Kahdeksan vuotta #JAP2005 review-artikkelin julkaisemisesta, vuonna 2013, aloimme Virtual Project on the History of ALD (#VPHA) -projektin, johon kaikki halukkaat kaikkialta maailmasta olivat tervetulleita. Koordinoin sitä (harrastuksena) monta vuotta, aluksi aktiivisesti, nyttemmin vähemmän.

Olen viimeiset 20 vuotta käyttänyt paljon aikaa ja energiaa ALD:n historia-asioiden valottamiseen.

Postdocina selvittämäni asiat löytyy #JAP2005 katsausartikkelistani (johon >2000 viittausta). doi.org/10.1063/1.19..., kuvakaappaus Table 1, "Some Soviet-Russian ALD investigations".
