Journeo at £2.50 is very undemanding. 5x ev/EBITDA is a bit crazy all things considered. UK market is insane, spectra & Ashtead also cheap.

It's defo a thing (Year 1 of control periods). Russ Singleton at #JNEO has been mentioning it for the last 6 months and has modified rail subsidiary Infotec's forecast revenue accordingly. Maybe this time it's been slightly exacerbated by a change of government early in Year 1?
