Nice call from Fleury. It initially looks like a screen to JSN, but the eyes on the deep threat to Barner pulls the defense. JSN then works back to Holani, who has plenty of space. Haynes and Sundell do well downfield but allow one defender through before missing blocks that could’ve sprung Holani.

Seattle kept going back to JSN until the defense finally made a mistake. He draws three defenders here, leaving Cooper Kupp wide open for the touchdown on the drive immediately after the pick-six.

Another touchdown where JSN deserves a ton of credit for the route. On the double post, Arroyo occupies the safety while JSN threatens the DB’s outside shoulder, then makes a surgical cut at the perfect moment to get open for his second TD.

Rollout to the right, with JSN threatening the fade. Once the corner commits to defending it, JSN works back toward the pylon, creating enough separation for the touchdown.

Am a Ravens fan. Lamar hasn’t earned the MVP thus far, and honestly I was surprised to see him as a top-3-or-4 candidate. Where JSN?

His targets per route run this season: 0.07, 0.14, 0.50.
It'll go back down from 0.5 (JSN leads the league at 0.41, 0.37 lead the league last season) but with such a ramp up it seems that weeks 1/2 are going to be the outliers.
