Jess Park has emerged as a standout performer for Manchester United in the Women's Super League this season after transferring from Manchester City. The 24-year-old midfielder has scored six goals and provided four assists in 16 WSL matches, adding two goals in five Champions League appearances, including a decisive strike against Atletico Madrid that secured United's place in the quarter-finals. Park's versatility has been highlighted by manager Marc Skinner, who has given her a largely free role, allowing her to operate off the left side and contribute both goals and assists. England manager Sarina Wiegman will evaluate whether Park can translate her club form to the international stage, especially as some key England players, including Ella Toone and Beth Mead, are unavailable for upcoming World Cup qualifiers. Park expressed confidence and readiness to play wherever required for England, emphasizing the positive impact her move to United has had on her development. Former England striker Ellen White praised Park's adaptation and the freedom she enjoys at her new club. With multiple international camps leading up to the 2027 Women's World Cup, Park aims to cement her role in the England squad.

Jess Park has completed a permanent transfer to Manchester United.

Congratulations to City’s England quartet, who have been crowned winners of Euro 2025.
