🇸🇪 XDEV is heading to Stockholm, Sweden in February. @jfokus.se awaits! Don’t miss Richard Fichtner’s and Stefan Böhringer's BYLES case study: building Germany’s largest digital reading screening for 180k kids with Java, Quarkus & Keycloak.

I am keeping this coin as a little symbol not only of me belonging in the #Java community but also of the mark that @sharatchander.bsky.social set on the Java community and on myself. Shar gave this coin to me on my birthday at #Jfokus2026 in Stockholm.

Will see you at #jfokus2026. Not as a speaker this time, but as a regular visitor. @devlead.se @jfokus.se

Jfokus 2026 came alive in Stockholm — and what a week it was 🔥

Thank you to everyone who joined us. The talks, the energy, the community — that’s Jfokus.

I admit that before coming to #Jfokus2026 I thought virtual threads in #Java sounded like a good idea, but it was unclear what I wanted to use them for. After the talks and lab in the conference I have a very clear picture.
