They do this for *hours* every Jan1 *and* July4; numerous complaints.

Grew up in Orange County and at least back then this wouldn’t have been possible. Living in Davis — bike central, where at events like July4 or every Saturday farmer market bike parking can be harder to find than car — we don’t have this!
