These beauties paddled over to us bringing all 9 babies & how adorable are they!🥰 It was almost like they were showing their babies off to us so I told Mom & Dad their babies were absolutely beautiful & Dad responded in a typically male way 🙄

Twice this huge #Heron flew low over my head as I wobbled along the #KennetAndAvonCanal & twice I nearly went for a swim🙈At least he stopped to pose for a quick photo! So much life on the cut today #Ducks & ducklings Swans & Cygnets the Heron the #Hawthorn & all the fabulous narrow boats we passed

Caen Hill is one of the longest continuous flight of locks in the country With 29 locks and a rise of 237 feet over two miles of the Kennet and Avon Canal. 16 locks form the steepest section and these are a scheduled monument and a must-do challenge for canal boat fans. #KennetAndAvonCanal
