#Ystride and #Euphemia are pretty much the only two that are average height; everyone else is much taller than average.

(Context: #Mirita = Miqo'te, #Khorijin & #Khoride = Au Ra, #Rija = Viera, Ystride = Elezen, Euphemia = Highlander*, #Zardaar = Draenei, #Anaya = Night Elf.)

She doesn't think a lot about how tall she is even though she's aware that she's much taller than many Miqo'te; she's mostly just Used To It at this point. • Khorijin and Khoride are 6 fulm 2 ilm/190 cm. Much like Mirita, Khorijin does not think very much about it, whilst Khoride revels in it and enjoys it, mostly for intimidation but also for seduction. • Rija is 7 fulm 3 ilm/223 cm. She is very proud of her height as well, and has gotten used to fielding Many Questions about it. Given that many other Viera in her family are at least her height or will grow that tall, she doesn't think anything of it. • Ystride is 6 fulm 6 ilm/200 cm. They’re happy with it mostly because it means she’s not that much different from any other Elezen at a glance. It also makes a funny because this means that they're Khori and Ride's big little sister. • Euphemia is 6 fulm 4 ilm/193 cm. She is aware it is a perfectly Highlandery height to be, and is not worried about it. • Helena is 7 fulm 8 ilm/234 cm. She used to be self-conscious about it when she was younger, thinking it might not have been queenly, but grew into it over time and now regards it rather neutrally most of the time. • Zardaar is 7 fulm 4 ilm/223.5 cm. She was more uncomfortable with it pre-transition, but post-transition and adjusting to the changes in her body shape, she’s fine with it and it’s probably one of the few things she’s subtly rather proud of, though she’s a little shy about actively flaunting it. • Anaya is 7 fulm 10.5 ilm/240 cm. Much like Rija, she takes a lot of pride in her height, and did even before transitioning, though she needed a bit of extra time to adapt her training to being stealthy to compensate for it. Now, she uses it as a distraction and seduction tactic when and where it’s appropriate.

Similarly, Khorijin and Khoride apply their facepaints as needed. As for their eyes, Khorijin has their mother Gorbeljin's; Khoride does too, but the patterning of her irides is different. Khoride also wears black lipstick to be visibly different from Khorijin. (2/7)

Khorijin (the Dragoon) & Khoride (the Reaper) are a pair of Au Ra twins and both Ladies of Light, albeit...unusual ones. Khorijin is Mirita's stoic, serious partner and beloved; Khoride is far more liberated, a result of events relating to the DRK storyline.

Aside from all of that, all the Ladies save Khoride and Euphemia (whose eyes are naturally so) and Helena (thus far) will have their eyes manifest an Ancient pattern when they experience strong positive or negative emotions. (7/7)

Every Lady will let you down with various degree of gentleness, but gently all the same. Khorijin, Khoride, and Helena are the most blunt and even they'd go "I appreciate the sentiment but I don't feel the same way".

I move as if these things will not happen, but generally I am very wary about what ways people sexualize my more openly sexual characters (e.g., #Khoride, #Rija).

This fandom & many others can be Weird about Black characters and Ride also has the whammy of her own gender ident. (1/2)

Is there anything you're overprotective of with your oc? Something you hope other people never ask or point out?

For example I'm terrified of people saying René's head is too small. Multiple have said it, and I do his c+ next to refs of strong men and overlay photos to get it right. #wolqotd

(Expect spoilers in the text for all expansions thus far, except for post-DT.)
Mirita, Khorijin: Stormblood - Mirita got to actually meet her surviving family and learned that she's Ala Mhigan. - Khorijin achieved her lifelong dream of winning the Naadam for the Borlaaq. Rija, Khoride: Shadowbringers - Rija's relationship with Thancred solidified here, after a lot of tension over his behavior after losing Minfillia, and a lot of irritation with him over how he was treating Ryne initially. - Khoride finally made her first steps with really reconciling with Khorijin here, and this is the expansion where they really became sisters. Ystride: Endwalker - This is the expansion where Ystride finally came back "to life", came to terms with their guilt over the ways they hurt Khorijin, and started to try and define themselves beyond "just being Khorijin's crystallized regrets". Euphemia: Post-Endwalker, followed by Dawntrail: - After Endwalker MSQ was Euphemia's first real chance to see the world after the Ancients, and to get to know the other Ladies who were present at the time (everyone except Helena and Zardaar, who both join during or after Dawntrail). Helena: Shadowbringers - While she wasn't a Lady at the time, the liberation of Bozja occurred here, her dream goal; she knew *of* the Ladies helping to liberate Bozja but never met them directly since she was doing other work at the time. Zardaar: N/A, she hasn't been around for a full story beat yet. Depending on recent developments in 7.5 it might be Evercold.
