It's pricey but feels like one of the few opportunities my ultra high energy ADHD 5 year old gets to just let loose.
Gonna see if any of the local rec centers have something similar, but he had a blast.
Also gonna get him some shuttle cones for other days

Here I thought I’d just had one too many lemon drop martinis after a week of “Mimi Camp” w/ my grandsons. I was positive I was hallucinating at the 4 yr-old’s “KidStrong” graduation to the next level - ALPHA! 😳 (bit my tongue & drank blood before asking when he was having his testosterone tested.)

Went to my FOUR yr-old grandson’s “level up” at KidStrong a few weeks ago. He leveled up to “Alpha.” I bit my lip, drank blood, praised & hugged him. Then I made sure there were no people with needles or blood testing equipment in the room… FFS - “Alpha” level? 🙄🙄🙄

Thats fucking crazy. I've never paid more than a $1,000 total for two kids for childcare and afterschool care. In fact, I pay less than what they are paying but for all day childcare, afterschool care, MMA classes and Kidstrong (think crossfit for toddlers) combined.

My 4-yr old grandson moved up a level in his “KidStrong” class yesterday & I was there for his award - moving up to “ALPHA”! I know it’s not political & the shirt was his fave color green. But, I just couldn’t stop myself from quietly asking aloud “are they testing his testosterone next?”🙄

They ALL worked their tiny butts off. They ALL had parts they were better at and parts they struggled more. They ALL were celebrated for their hard work.
There was NO time that my daughter thought that the boys shouldn't be there.
