They arrested the guy who built and drove killdozer. If killdozer had been plowing into things randomly after the guy turned it on and set it loose, pretty sure he still would’ve been arrested.
One or more human beings are responsible for the code they wrote, and those are the people who should be held accountable. These programs are not acting “on their own”

They arrested the guy who built and drove killdozer. If killdozer had been plowing into things randomly after the guy turned it on and set it loose, pretty sure he still would’ve been arrested.
It's wild that there are people still adamant that the Killdozer guy was some poor folk hero sticking it to The Man when the guy left Bioshock audio logs going "God put me on this earth to make a Killdozer and shoot people because the government wanted to put a septic tank on my land free of charge"
