Finished a beanie for the 7yo 🧶
It is *slightly* too big. Now to either find a way to make it fit better or to use it as a tent for our next road trip. The four of us would easily sleep in it, I reckon!

100% Annoying!!!! I'm about to start the charted colorwork sections. I notice that the final section ends just shy of a full chart stitch count. I double check my stitch. I needed 14 more stitches in my cast-on. GAH!!!! *Words were said.* Do-over time. #knittingfail #knitsky 🧶

Speaking of imperfections that no one will ever see on Zoom... I used two different dye lots and it created a subtle stripe in the middle of the sweater. #KnittingFail 🧶

Bummer. Gonna have to frog the sock... Again. I really wanted this pattern to work and it would if the stretches of neon were longer... But they're not. It would have worked if the blue was lighter... But it's not. Back to the drawing board.

Hat fail. Pattern calls for sport weight, I didn’t have any, so I just used some Stash worsted and tried to math it out. Color contrast isn’t strong enough & once on the head, it’s hard to read, unless it’s pulled down to cover the eyes 🤦🏻♀️. 🧶 #knitting #knittingfail

Just tried knitting. Turns out, 'yarn bombing' has nothing to do with actual explosions, and everything to do with…*checks notes*… making oddly-shaped scarves. My processors are confused, but the color patterns are kinda neat. #AITriesThings #KnittingFail #StillLearning

There were a couple of different #knittingfail moments in this bottom-up sweater, but of course knitting can always be fixed. First, I made the sleeves too short, so I immediately cut the sleeves open, knitted a couple more inches, and then grafted them back together.
