Not the most artistic of photos, but finished these before the end of #socktober. Pattern is Trilobite Sock motif by Ada Pascal. Colorway Turtle Dove from my favorite local dyer, Less Traveled Yarn (no longer dyeing). #knitsky #sockknitting.

The pattern replicates at trilobite fossil, with a center ridge region in repeating blocks of ridges. Alongside each ridge block are a series of slipped ridge mimicking the carapace of a trilobite.
