Honestly I bought him because I wanted an articulating Kranix for my quintessential pit of judgement. I didn't like the solid plastic nonsense.

Spare him this mockery of justice!!!!!
I always forget that Kranix dies in 'The Movie.' Escapes the mandibles of Unicron, and becomes "the last survivor of Lithone," only to meet his end at the jaws of the "savage Sharkticons." Poor bastard! (K)

Kranix.
He's great, such an awesome little weirdo of a figure!
Yeah, the Alt mode is certainly a thing, but he looks great as a robot.
My only gripe is that I wish his gun could be stored somewhere, he's always got to carry it.

If you had told me years ago that one day Kranix would be a playable character in a #Transformers game I may not have believed you! #videogames #Mobilegames

For example, Kranix is 17 quid in Smyths ATM because he's in the film for 5 minutes and looks like a baby bird that fell out of the nest but the bot mode is fantastic. So screen accurate(just forgot to take pics)

Got AotP Powerglide, SS Devastation Bumblebee and SS 86 Kranix and of course the rankings I had in my head is the exact opposite of the reality of having them all in hand.

Kranix looked to me like an okay figure that turns into fuck-all but honestly the pizzabox with a beak isn't that bad, transformation is simple and fun and the plastic feels good (compared to Bumblebee's). The ankles could have done with more of a tilt and all the joints were insanely tight though.

Amazon has 7 “Open Box, Like New” Kranix Transformers that are like half off at $14.
I assume it’s just that a case was mushed and the boxes are imperfect, but I already have him so I won’t try.
You can see if you get lucky!
