Boeing might restart its C-17 manufacturing, but no idea which decade that might be.

Future DCSWF firms can buy C-130 cargo airplanes #C130 #LC130, & that might work if DC had vehicles for C-130s to bring. C-130s can only carry long, but not tall, buses & fire engines & trailers, so DCSWF use them.
