The Rotten Fish Nebula (LDN 1251) is a dark nebula in the constellation Cepheus at about 1000 light years away. This and the dark shark nebula are part of the same massive cosmic structure known as the Cepheus Flare molecular cloud complex. Total exposure = 6 hours; needs more. 🔭 🧪
