This is Lego piece 61072: Plate Modified 1x4 with Angled Tubes. Imagine a small, shiny, metallic-looking bar made of plastic. It's like a short, thick stick, but with a slight curve and some interesting features. On the flat surface in the middle, there are two small, round bumps.
