A very good, very fast, timeline from conceptual development to LRIP is about 24 months.
For full rate production?
Add at least another 16.
Hardware simply does not move that fast unless it's COTS. And then you have *other* issues.

Like, this stuff is just speculative fiction world-building. I don't think the raw materials exist to build millions of robots without some kind of recycling or repurposing of existing industry and that will take decades!
