Wait, this is so interesting thanks to <button> being a form control. Some behavior only possible with :has(:has()) may be possible using this... wow! <object> & <fieldset> don't seem to work with this even though it is a "labelable" form control according to MDN

my issue with account NSFW labels already from before this update was that it would also blur the pfp (and use a fallback on the mobile app), even when the pfp was not NSFW

As someone on the high functioning borders of this, I feel happy for people who feel validated or that they understand themselves better or accessed help through diagnosis, but I do worry if there are negative impacts too both for those diagnosed & folks with less labelable neurodiverse tendencies

I think that one was unsurprising for many working in the field, but much of sci-fi gives us the wrong idea; it's full of self-driving vehicles and walking robots that talk funny. However, "intellectual" tasks is where the abundance of easily encodable and labelable data is, hence the early progress

Fictional but still instantial. Unless you’re counting set of ontologics. You could have “one apples” if referencing the set of all things labelable as apples. In that sense, there can be only one.

Yeah. Personally I usually prefer to keep things a bit more private when I am able to RP with others (mostly because I don't want to annoy people too much with roleplay stuff flooding their feeds, which is understandable) but things like that really should be labelable.

Every time @bsky.app releases an update the replies are all something like give us labelable annotees! We need transferable platypodes! If you want to make this platform successful you simply have to just add private commits

Who will label the labels?
Two thoughts. Opt-in traceability, knowing who actually does the labelling, would be so primo. Raise the awareness of the network!
Then just the top. Labels should be labelable. Begin to allow meta-moderation to form. See the schisms.

Visual impairment is the area of accessibility in which I have worked the absolute least; my discipline is motor, cognitive, and communication. Unfortunately the accessibility stuff I’d keep an eye out for wouldn’t really be labelable automatically, but this is a great awareness mechanism too
