#LabourGov
It seems #labourgov the party for the people have decided cruelty is acceptable. Just listened to a guy on @lbc.co.uk who said these people should be dumped on other countries beaches and if necessary allowed to die there - I’m so disappointed - what about having love as a policy? #loveistheanswer
Denying refugees citizenship simply on the grounds that they arrived here “illegally” on small boats *when there are no legal routes* for most to use takes cynicism to new heights. If Govt thinks such performative cruelty will see off Reform, they’re wrong - it’s more likely to strengthen it

#No10 #KeirStarmer #PM #LabourGov #DoingtheMediasJob
Let's hope the Labour government holds a weekly press conference over the Summer while Parliament is in recess. Last year #Reform doing the same, stole the entire news agenda. #No10 needs to get its #communications feisty and out there.

#labourgov need a comms strategy - and read the room! I want them to succeed but they need to be a step ahead of MSM - once again they appear to be on the back foot.

The gov have to really shout about what they’ve done already and bring the timeline forward - 4 years just feels too long.

I'm trying to be patient but Labour are testing me. I don't care about the Taylor swift rubbish but I do care about sicknesse benefits being cut and the way the WFA is being changed. Feels like Tory v.2. #Labourgov

🚨‼️ “DWP staff stole benefits that should have gone to pensioners and disabled people. In total, more than £1.7m was lost in 2024–2025”⬇️

Yet this #LabourGov smears #disabled people as ‘scroungers’ while hiding its own fraud.

🧱 A Nation That Rents, and Rots

The Tories are out, Labour is in—but the housing crisis runs deeper than party politics.

Will Labour challenge the system—or just manage its decline?

Labour cuts fuel payments to pensioners while energy companies rake in profits.
It’s a chilling sign of who matters more: the market or the most vulnerable.

This #Labourgov is the most authoritarian gov I've ever known, they want to "FORCE" decent caring ppl to stop protesting a genocide they're complicit in so they can carry on ignoring it in peace. That's some paradox. Labeling their own citizens as terrorists so they can quietly support a genocide.

Does this #LabourGov not know the nonsense 3-word slogan #TakeBackControl is such a toxic one which not only created so much division in the society, but put us in the back foot in various areas (economy, labour market, social care to name a few)!

Hearing @nickabbot.bsky.social show @lbc.co.uk last night, someone sent a message saying, "so upset by losing their winter fuel payments [by #LabourGov], the pensioners voted, in protest, for the party [i.e., #ReformUK] that will make them to pay for their healthcare"!

How bizzare and true it is!
