Deleted one post at the start of the thread because I missed a redaction. Reposting it here. It's not super relevant but for those curious, it addressed what the government is currently doing in trying to strip them of Temporary Protected Status.
![MS. LANDAN: Thank you, Your Honor. This case has been a parade of post facto justifications to try to detain our clients Mr. and Ms. [REDACTED]. A parade that has been continued to this morning. In the declaration filed last night, the government said that USCIS had withdrawn their TPS status. Mr. and Ms. [REDACTED] did not see that notification until this morning when they were forced to put their fingerprints on this notification. THE COURT: I'm sorry. You need to speak up a bit. MS. LANDAN: Sorry. They were first arrested nearly two weeks ago and they were held for the day in the field office with no justification because they do have temporary protected status. Even with the government's claim that it is withdrawn as of April 1st, they still, today, have TPS status, which makes their continued detention unlawful. The government had released them two weeks ago and then again targeted and arrested them just on Friday when they were brought into the Chantilly Field Office.
