Did you know it can cost $100+ for a rescue org to do just ONE spay/neuter, even if offered at reduced cost? Orgs depend on donors to pay vets/staff, provide pain meds, keep a medical space, etc.

The #LaredoRestStopCats effort needs $$$ to incentivize a local org to step in. Can you help? #Cats
