Exciting news!

#LdnOnt’s first office-to-residential conversion is nearly complete. 376 Richmond St marks a new step towards addressing the housing affordability and availability issues faced by many Canadians today.
These new spaces bring another portion of downtown back online.

Congrats to Youth Opportunities Unlimited on the grand opening of Joans Place in #LdnOnt’s core!

This new space will support #youth, young mothers, & #families. A highlight was the unveiling of the Canada Connects Joy & Family National Mural

One of #ldnont’s worst traffic intersections is not getting a real solution. There is an easy fix: @westernu.ca, which now owns Brescia College, could extend a road to make their gigantic west parking lot accessible from Sarnia Road. Maybe this is part of the current construction.

The province is investing up to $1 million to support the #LdnOnt’s Silverwood Arena Redevelopment Project to help transform the arena into a modern, multi-purpose & fully #accessible #communitycentre

The facility is scheduled to open in 2027
