It's a seriously flawed proposal: without appropriate framing legilsation tenants will become eligible to buy-out those homes in a few short years. Rinse; repeat.

Right, during the process of crafting the legilsation, Republicans in congress made a ton of demands to "get them on board" and the Democrats watered it down. Tthen when it came time to vote, every single one of them was like "Haha still no".

I would add on all law enforcement must have a badge and name showing to be able carry out the law, and if DHS, ICE or anyone takes someone into custody the must reveal the location and charge. But don’t trust a promise. Legilsation must be passed and signed by the president.
