the thing you have to understand about spaces that include marxist-leninists is that marxism-leninist practice has long accepted the idea that there are entire ethnic groups/nationalities that are reactionary by nature. it is not even theoretically a humanistic ethic.

I’ll add that exposure to my not esp religious Sikh & Hindu family changed him b/c one cares if he’s an Atheist. But leftism is a mixed bag, esp leftist men. Similarly to counter culture, there’s a lot of arrogance & misogyny. And self proclaimed Leninists & Stalinists platform monsters.
