but yeah do not trust any company or group of people blindly. ofc you need to have faith to keep yourself levelheaded but at the end of the day they need that suspension of disbelief to keep up appearances and meet quotas lol

There’s something about real, unfiltered posting that I’m drawn to even if I don’t always agree with them. I don’t always like what Parker Molloy says but BlueSky is a more frenzied, less levelheaded place without her.

I did find your comments to be levelheaded and reassuring, after the article started with talking to the Sunrise movement people, of whom I have such a negative view of I see them as akin to ratfuckers. Not a great start to the article for me lol but it made a decent recovery.

Nope! I think the mods tried with tag realignment to make room for more “I made stuff with AI” or “let’s talk about how AI impacts our work in a levelheaded manner” posts, but an active subset of the members will only accept vitriolic anti-AI content, so that milquetoast content gets downvoted.
