Which eval services eval/when? Authors have to disclose if alternative outputs are available and share them (if not, why not). These #openscience outputs then help determine who reviews/what. The more they submit the more eval they get = more robust review. #LifeCycleJournal

@cos.io also doesn't have a scalable model with #LifeCycleJournal yet. This is a pilot/experiment and it's not clear how to make it sustainable in the long term. #OpenPeerReview like many #openscience practices is EXPENSIVE and this community can't really address this.
