> Still no Chatgpt and copilot. in the kernel. What's your excuse Mr. Linus?

I'm moving to FreeBSD if they add copilot to the Linux kernel.

>> what if both Linux and FreeBSD get copilot into the kernel?

We will fork the Linux kernel or write our kernel or simply go back to the GNU Hurd. LOL.

I reported vulnerabilities to the Linux kernel and OpenZFS assisted by GLM-5.2.

Anthropic's cyber program and refusal responses are detrimental to global information security.

Defenders depend on GLM because they can't depend on Anthropic.
what they don't say is that our noble cyber warfighters, oh whoops sorry i mean "cyber defenders", could also just use these same open models to report vulnerabilities without Anthropic gatekeeping everything for their own financial gain

Co-sign. I found Mastodon to be too much effort and in my youth I literally used to compile my own Linux kernel for fun.
something I have had hammered into me by working in software for the past fifteen years is that it's impossible to overstate how important a smooth and intuitive user experience is

most people want things to Just Work, the second you put any tech barrier up you lose 90% of users
Not a competition, buuuuuut: "On Saturday, Mastodon founder and CEO Eugen Rochko said the service had seen 4,200 signups from Brazil"
