Dona Ana County has issued an RFP to begin updating its comprehensive plan, "Plan 2040." Community Development Director Christina Ainsworth said the early-stage update will focus on areas that have changed since the last plan and will include public workshops, P&Z review and BOCC consideration.

Bryan Davis outlined the start of the Metropolitan Transportation Plan update process, noting the MTP must be updated every five years and is fiscally constrained. TAC members Erica Towle and Jon Rauscher will serve as TAC representatives on the Long-Range Planning Committee overseeing the update.
