They can’t say. There’s no precedent on how to proceed in this situation. It’s a uniquely difficult situation. I personally think they should use another execution method, but I know they probably won’t. It’s prob gonna go to the Supreme Court.

Oh my god, I’m in a work call right now where one colleague just instructed another to use Copilot to do what would be an extremely simple find and replace operation for hundreds of lines of text. I suggested replace instead, and his was response was sure but that’s the “old method” 😩
