Maybe it's all the same fight, but i see some daylight between code gen and Midjourney using artists' names as control inputs. Which, imo -- lack of transformative, trademark questions, direct competition, social harm all at maximum.

Although since then Disney and WB and a few others have thrown their lawyers at MJ, but it's not sincere they have in house AI projects as well.
