A few other ideas here that I think are bipartisan:
Return to Reagan-Bush era immigration policies, with a path to citizenship. De-militarization of ICE.
Restore the US as a leader in science, including de-politicizing research grants, & making it easier for foreign students to study and work here

One thing I fervently hope comes out of this election is the Republican party returning to sanity. Having reasonable opposition parties on both sides that can disagree, find common ground, and bring new ideas to the table is critical for a vibrant democracy, and I hope we can get back there.

The Jacobin article is arguing that it was long-festering economic inequality that 'resistance liberalism' was overlooking, but I would argue that it also overlooks long-term trends of police militarization, mass prosecution & incarceration, constitutional violations, & national security excesses.

The militarization of police forces post 9/11 has always bothered me. Its always felt like an excuse to escalate without a justified reason.
