The "Falcon" garage complex hit by fascist Russia's Oreshnik IRBM is 250-500 m away from the Bila Tserkva airbase (presumed target). That's well outside the Oreshnik's assumed CEP. Most probably, the Oreshnik is even more inaccurate than experts previously believed.
