Check out our article published today in the NEJM by Cercek et al. studying 6 months of anti PD1 in MMRd early stage tumors and showing high organ preservation rate pancancer! Very low recurrences and anti PD1 didn’t compromise access to surgery if required. @mskcancercenter.bsky.social

Glad to share our work about resistance to immunotherapy! We discovered a combination therapy allowing to eliminate 100% of MMRd CRC tumors and >70% or MMRp CRC tumors. We also identified the T cell and macrophage subsets mediating the response. Thanks to the team! www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1...

Very happy to announce our paper on mutational signatures caused by mismatch repair knockouts. We find SBS57 is driven by alignment errors in MMR-deficient cells, experimentally confirm the association of MMR with SBS1 & expose differences between in vitro and in vivo MMR loss: tinyurl.com/ycyprxme
