MRKH is hardly the devastating “gotcha” Rowling thinks it is. A woman can be born without a uterus and still be a woman. Biology contains variation, anomalies and exceptions. That’s literally why DSDs exist. Calling people “anti-science” while erasing biological complexity is quite the performance 🤦♀️

On a tangential note, whenever people start talking about biological essentialism/divine womanhood/ the "power of the womb," I get so very angry because it's transphobic as hell *and* completely erases the 1 in 5,000 women with MRKH (plus those with other uterine issues)

🦇 Except that they literally are biologically the same in many cases! It's the same surgery they give to cis women with MRKH syndrome and the cells in the lining experience metaplasia and change!

some women are born without a uterus (womb) due to a rare condition called Müllerian agenesis (MRKH syndrome). So according to Dr Musk women born without a uterus are not women. I wonder how they feel about that.
Then a cow is woman? A ten year old girl is a woman? A female who has a hysterectomy is not?
