#MSAwarenessWeek
This #MSAwarenessWeek I stand with 2,000+ people in Coventry South living with MS — a painful, exhausting & unpredictable condition.

In Parliament, we must oppose cuts to disability benefits, guarantee timely diagnosis & treatment, & ensure workplaces are inclusive & supportive.

It’s #MSAwarenessWeek - a cause very close to home - and it was good to visit the @mssocietyuk.bsky.social stall at Parliament.

Grateful for all you do to support people living with MS and push forward with vital research into new treatments.

It’s #MSAwarenessWeek

Number one thing Labour should be aware of:

It would be reckless and immoral to cut the PIP of people living with MS

Next weeks schedule! As it’s #MSAwarenessWeek, I’m going to be answering questions about MS and how it affects me every hour! #MSConversations

Spotlighting "Proteomic analysis reveals dysregulation of peripheral blood neutrophils in patients with Multiple Sclerosis" from Katie Smith & Emily Gwyer Findlay for #MSAwarenessWeek
🔬 This #MSAwarenessWeek, we spotlight new research on neutrophil dysregulation in #MultipleSclerosis.

The study shows altered granule proteins & impaired T cell suppression - highlighting a role for innate immunity in MS.

This MS Awareness Week, I’m standing with everyone living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and challenging harmful assumptions about this neurological condition.

Many symptoms are invisible, but the impact is very real. More understanding, dignity and support matter. #MSAwarenessWeek

#FlexMS #MSAwarenessWeek #MultipleSclerosis day 03(4)

No workout today (resting is important), so today I'm sharing 2 common symptoms: The MS Hug and Walking (gait) difficulties)

MS has many symptoms, a lot of them considered "invisible"

But MS hugs are a bitch and a half >_>

#MSAwarenessWeek has ended, but the need for #MS advocacy and research remains. 🧡

A huge thank you to the people living with MS, care partners, and researchers who make iConquerMS possible!

It’s MS Awareness Week. MS affects over 130,000 in the UK and shows up differently in everyone. Nurses can lead by educating, advocating and raising visibility. Let’s challenge myths and share stories. #MSAwarenessWeek #HealthEquity #DiverseNurse

No fun little facts today, only a request. Because of MS, I can only reach a quarter mile (for now) before I have to sit down.

I'm passing the baton, help me reach a mile today.

No exercise today again, but this helps bring us into today's topic: the spoon theory

Today was a low spoon day for me (hot and humid today), so I decided to use my spoons on other activities today

#MSAwarenessWeek - was soo knackered yesterday that I didn’t post…the protection from pregnancy and breastfeeding are wearing off…not long until I start my new treatment! My #MS is mostly behaving and I manage ok but when it hits back it’s normally with a sledgehammer.

It's #MSAwarenessWeek, and this month marks four years since The Speed of Light, my debut about a woman living with MS, published! 🎉📚 Four years and almost 10,000 reviews later, I'm so grateful for each and every reader. 🧡 #ThisIsMS #BookSky

As part of #MSawarenessweek, I attended the MS Society Parliamentary Event to learn more about how we can support people with MS and heard testimonies from individuals affected by MS

It’s #MSAwarenessWeek, which means I lean into vulnerability. Today I spoke w/college students about my career path. I shared that I’m a mother & I have MS, & that both affect how I show up at work. A student told me her mother has MS & that my openness meant a lot to her. Highlight of my day. 🧡
