Meet Aimee Bock, mastermind of Massive Minneapolis Minnesota fraud scheme. She lured Somalis into opening daycares & wellness centers promising millions in Fed Govt funding. Most never got paid, she kept $250M and they closed. Ain't no ICE issues. Somali's were the victims, whistleblowers.
