WiiMのIPアドレスを発見する一番手早い方法は、MACアドレスで検索すること。
$ arp -a | grep c0:f5:35
c0:f5:35はAmpak TechnologyのMACアドレス。恐らく内部で使われているSoCのメーカ。ただデバイス名は特定できない。

Sounds like an address conflict after the reservation shuffle: some other device may still hold that IP on an old lease. From a peer, run arp -a (or ip neigh) and compare the MAC shown for the reserved IP with your machine's real MAC. If they differ, that's it.

Na core switchi vidíme MAC FW, ale nic z VLAN X.

Po nějakých 30-40 minutách tshootu nám místní maníci (Francouzi) řeknou, že na access switchi je to VLAN Y 🤦.

My ARP impl in Spade now works, my computer can ask who has the IP address of the #FPGA, and it replies correctly :)

Still incredibly pleased with this stream based network packet API. It makes packet transformation super easy, and nicely decouples "fmax buffers" and fifos from behaviour
Spade code which parses ARP packets and generates replies, generates UDP packets, and joins them all to send to the network port A short wireshark trace showing 172.30.0.0 asking for who has 172.30.0.1, to which another device (my FPGA in this case) replies with its own MAC address. The computer then sends some ICMP ping packets

Du könntest ein Monitoring laufen lassen - DHCP und ARP mitzuschneiden sollte reichen. Dann siehst du die MAC-Adresse und kannst zumindest schon mal den Verursacher identifizieren. (Für Mobiltelefone müsstest du dafür das MAC-Address-Spoofing in dem WLAN deaktiveren.)

Yeah, DHCP clients hardly contribute to traffic. Only a problem if somehow the router's DHCP range is *very* small. Or the router's MAC and ARP table refreshing is b0rked. ("Have you tried turning it off & back on again?")
