I wish I'd kept better notes on the #MatassaBlanc I tried over a decade ago (e.g., vintage), I feel like I might've tasted it during a pivotal evolutionary window of #TomLubbe 's practices into a more overt "natural" + "orange" wine. I thought #macabeu was the majority in a 3-grape blend back then,
