Dunluce Castle, on the North Antrim coast, bathed in #sunshine yesterday afternoon.

The ruins of Dunluce Castle, in the centre of the photo, are bathed in sunlight. In the distance, the sky is dark. The castle, built around 1500 by the MacQuillan family, was seized by the MacDonnell clan in the 1550's and was abandoned in 1639 after the castle kitchens fell into the sea one stormy night. The castle ruins are currently cared for by the Department for Communities, a Northern Ireland Government department.
