Just a few chapters into #BlackClover and already loving the #MagicSystem:
- You get an element (at birth?)
- You get a grimoire at 15 that lets you cast spells of your element.
-- Do you expand the grimoire by inventing new spells? Pass it down when you die? So fun!

Shadow-stalker magic makes travel, healing and mind-to-mind communication possible.

But opening the veil exposes the user to the Shadow World’s guardians.

Fear can attract a demon—and if it crosses over, everyone becomes prey.

Any TTRPG geeks wanna give feedback on a pictorial magic system? I’m really, really new to designing stuff but I have an idea. Even if I can just pick your brain briefly!!

Only a few are chosen to hold the magical vessels, and rarer still are those who can wield them. A gatekeeper guards the Magical Mandelas, a timeless and spaceless dimension housing magical vessels. It's constantly moving and hidden, just like Howl’s Moving Castle. #DVpit #magicsystem #F

In the Haven Chronicles, magic is tightly sewn to the caster’s physical form. Using magic is like using any muscle.

Currently putting the final touches on my elemental #magicsystem.
Or rather the surface magic system that the people in-world see after the original magic was corrupted.
Any feedback, or questions are highly apprciated, before I put t final version on my site.

Magic is intrinsic to the fusion salt, made by two ions (+ and -) it is a mysterious compound that allows connections that normally would not exist.

Good morning, #AugustWorldbuilders. What is the origin of magic, if there is one in your world? Does it 'come form' somewhere? For instance, is there a realm of magic? Are souls magic? Does it come from a physical object?

CI spells are immediate, when you start the contact the spell is casted, however, it's up to your ability to determine how long it lasts and how much information you can get.

#AugustWorldbuilders, hello! Have you thought about the time it takes for magic to work? Or how long it lasts? Does any magic take a long time to cast or perform a ritual? Are there any magical effects that, one cast, can affect an area for an extended period?

I recently made a post wondering if TTRPG DMing either sparked or consumed inspiration.

In my #MagicSystem, inspiration drives magic. It is drawn, then consumed. It may seem gone, but it is only difficult to gather.

It is the same with DMing.

How does CI shape environments?
Why does fusion salt react so violently when mixed with two or more categories of pigments?
I may or may not answer to these questions.

#AugustWorldbuilders Let's get a little vague today. What are some unknown or mysterious aspects about magic in your world? This can mean something mysterious to your characters, or something that YOU have deliberately chosen not to understand. Sometimes mystery and whimsy is the point~
