You could do it as a costly small-scale stunt using maglev, but why would you? For a real train, it serves no purpose to shave 90 seconds off of a 2-hour trip by slamming your passengers into their seats at 4.5 gees, not to mention the aerodynamic issues of going jet liner speed at sea level.
