Not sure Swift & I speak the same language. I'm old enough to remember when being a "showgirl" wasn't a desired profession. Jobs with clothes were power. Acting or singing professionally were--and not while dressing like a baton-twirling "majorette."

Large Majorette lines are prominent at SEC schools. Some also have one or more "feature twirlers" that wee their own costume, no boots, and the typically do more difficult tricks. UGA has a feature with great costumes (she's also sweet & super talented). My 2 faves:

Twirl Mom Report Week 4: this week in featuring the costumes of 2 majorette twirling lines whose teams had huge days on the field. First up are the Gators. Their new costumes, by Showoff, feature a unique feature that started showing up in prom & homecoming dresses 4-5 years ago. Mirror mosaic.

It's also how you twirl a baton. My Mr has forbidden me from fucking around with mop handles etc in B&M because I don't have the co ordination I had in my Majorette youth.

Oui peut être mais matchbox et majorette c'était moins diffusé et les maquettes plus petites que Norev qui en plus avait des capots et des portes ouvrantes.

Cet album a été un bide à sa sortie (notamment car la découpe en forme de camion coûtait extrêmement chère). L'éditeur acheta des Majorette et colla à la main de petites vignettes de l'affiche de Chaland. Mais il n'en trouva que 300 pour 1200 exemplaires, ce qui explique la rareté du camion-benne !
