#GHWM (Go Hiking With Me) at the MammothMarch Boston! Last month, my favorite hiking buddy @dirediredocks.bsky.social and I did the 20-mile circuit around Wompatuck State Park in under six and a half hours. The heavens were pissing down for the last two of those.

I signed up for a 20-mile #MammothMarch hike in March with a friend and this is week 1 of preparing for it. Yesterday was stretching/active recovery and today was a short lower-body workout followed by a 20 minute briskly-paced walk and more stretching all before the sun started to rise.
