I like to think that partnerism is an answer, but not the answer. There will be places in our world that will never give up patriarchal rule, we need matriarchy to help balance those places.

It centers care over domination, and puts children, the vulnerable, and those most affected by decisions closer to the heart of those decisions.

I think that depends a whole lot on what "centering" means, what "children" mean, who/what you mean by "community", and what power structures are implied by "matriarchy" (lit. Mother-rule)
