One of these megawarehouses is near me and if they actually go through with making it into a concentration camp, it will be over the objections of nearly everyone around here. Warehouses are not suitable for human occupation, which of course is part of the point.
BIG news from @bloomberg.com, which confirms that ICE has gone ahead and *purchased* multiple commercial warehouses with the aim of converting them into mass detention camps.
This is likely to be the big detention story of 2026 — literal warehousing of people.

One of these megawarehouses is near me and if they actually go through with making it into a concentration camp, it will be over the objections of nearly everyone around here. Warehouses are not suitable for human occupation, which of course is part of the point.
So the plan is to clear out all the brown people, build huge megawarehouses all over America, then shift all commerce, including produce and bill paying, through that warehouse entity, for which two thirds of america will work in those places, unregulated, for many hours a day?

Pierce County is a great comp because although it still has rural areas -- even a lot of those are covered with megawarehouses now!! It's not like when I was a kid growing up there and berry-picking was considered a good summer job.

The next battle has just started. NNC planning on Approving Glebe Land #megawarehouses next week on proven FLL, with ecologists and NE not happy with mitigation and no HRA even complete, let alone consulted upon. Total disregard for their legal commitment as competent authority for the UNVGP SPA.

In the USA it makes sense to focus on putting up panels on all those megawarehouses and stores... that is unless there construction quality is so shit they couldn't hold the extra weight... which would be so american.
