I am finding that newer cars act lije megaphones for some reason and the driver does not know that I can hear their telephone convo loudly, or their music blaring. I knock on their windows to let them know.

Back when I lived in Santa Cruz, I remember the time there was a tsunami warning there and in Monterey ... so a whole bunch of people went to beach to check out the big wave! smh. The cops went around with megaphones telling people to go home but some of them just went to a different beach.
