Great to see #MelissaClark hosting #Insiders from the studio today. Melissa is one of the few people who actually understands the complexities of emission reduction. #AusPol

#melissaclark garlicky chicken with lemon anchovy sauce. I deviated from the recipe and added white wine, parsley and pecorino because I had it left over. Great use up and easy meal to serve on a #Monday! Paired with an open bottle of Pinot Gris from #Sinskey in Napa. #rossservingcourt

I agree, great to see #MelissaClark taking a prominent role at #ABCTV and especially #insiders. She is reasonable, articulate, well informed & persistent with her questioning.
Much prefer her to the partisan #JaneNorman.

A summer dish, posted for the haiku challenge
Eggplant, cherry tomatoes and peppers are at Costco (which pays its workers fairly and still supports diversity) as is zucchini from Mexico
Still best in August, from garden grown

#ratatouille
This 🎁 #recipe via #NYTCooking and #MelissaClark is the root.
I added fresh cherry tomatoes this time. And some of my confit garlic.
Time consuming but worth it.
