All this BS just because Cry Baby Russell was upset on his OUTLAP that Max was going too slow. Something Russell had clear visibility of, and did'nt mitigate. It looks and smells like Russell set-up Max for the penalty. Russell was non stop crybaby all afternoon and evening.
